Every purchase of Honey Protocol is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you get your money back in full.
Email rafaellessaneves@gmail.com within 60 days of your purchase date, from the address you used at checkout, and say you would like a refund. That is the whole process. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask you to.
You can also request the refund directly through the retailer that processed your order — the retailer is named on your purchase receipt.
We process refund requests within 2 business days of receiving them. Once processed, the money returns to your original payment method. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5 to 10 business days.
Honey Protocol is a digital product. Nothing is shipped to you, so there is nothing to send back. You keep the files you have already downloaded; we simply refund the payment and your access is closed.
